Internet Returns and Refund Policy
All returns must be returned to the following address:

We offer a full refund on all online purchases returned in the condition in which they were sold within 14 days from the day the parcel is signed for and offer an exchange on all items returned within 28 days. Please note that the shipping cost is non-refundable.
Any items returned for refund after 14 days but still within 28 days will be issued with a gift card for the value of that item. Items returned after 28 days will be refused and returned to you.
In addition to our Internet Returns Policy, EU customers have 7 working days beginning the day after receipt to cancel their order in line with Distance Selling Regulations. Order cancellations must be made in writing to Customer Services at the above address. Orders already shipped must be received back by us before a refund can be issued.
Returns are usually processed within 48 hours of receipt. However, please note that during busy periods such as seasonal or promotional sale processing may take longer. Please note that we can only exchange items for a different size or colour if available; if a different item is required a separate order will have to be made.
To return an item:
Customers must ensure that all items returned are in the condition in which they were received, are unworn and returned within their original packaging with all labels and tags intact.
If the items have been worn, used, or damaged Arka Equipe Limited will be unable to exchange or refund them.
In order to return an item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org stating the reason(s) for return and you will be emailed a returns document that you should complete and enclose with the product.
You should consider using a secure, insured and tracked delivery service (such as Royal Mail Special Delivery or equivalent), as Arka Equipe Limited cannot accept liability for any items not received. Please note that all return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that for security reasons we cannot accept returns by hand, any returns delivered directly by customers will be refused.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
All refunds will be made via the original method of payment. If a split payment is made, ie part giftcard part credit/debit card, funds will be refunded back to the giftcard first. However we cannot accept liability for or comment on an item until it has been returned, assessed by our Returns Team and confirmed as faulty.
You are responsible for the cost of returning an item for refund or exchange unless your item is faulty. A member of our Customer Care team will contact you in order to arrange this, if the item is deemed faulty.
